This policy explains how Orguyapimi operates riftduel.orguyapimi.com (the Site), the data used by this Site and its service providers, and your choices. Contact the Site operator at [email protected] for privacy questions and requests.
1. Data we collect and why
You can browse without an account. When a page or game is requested, the receiving server can receive your IP address, User-Agent (browser and device information), requested URL, access time, referring page and diagnostic information. We use information needed to deliver pages, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and operate the Site. We do not install a browsing analytics tracker in this version.
If you email us, we receive your address, message, attachments and information you choose to submit. We use it to answer your request, provide support or address rights and security issues. There is no on-site submission form or account registration. Search terms filter the local game catalog and are not sent to an analytics service. Google advertising services may process browsing activity, ad interactions and cookie identifiers for advertising and measurement as described below.

3. Google advertising and other networks
Third-party advertising vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on users' prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on visits to this and other sites on the Internet. You may turn off personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings / My Ad Center.
No additional advertising network has been configured by this Site. Before additional vendors are enabled, this policy and the certified consent platform must identify each vendor by name, link to its privacy information, and explain the vendor's opt-out controls. An unspecified list of potential networks is not treated as consent. Some third-party advertising opt-outs are also available through the Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily prevent all cookies or all advertising.
4. Cookies, local storage and retention
Orguyapimi uses browser local storage for your external-game preference. Google and its advertising partners may set or read advertising cookies and similar identifiers when advertising loads. Third-party games may set their own cookies after you allow them to load.

Our support retention policy is to delete routine correspondence within 12 months after resolution; material needed for a legal claim or obligation may be retained for the applicable required period. We do not keep a separate server-side search history or privacy preference database. Hosting/security log duration is controlled by the deployed hosting service and has not been verified for this deployment; contact us for the current deployment's details. We cannot promise deletion of a provider's records on its behalf.
5. Your privacy choices and European consent
Use in any page footer to allow or reject external games and withdraw permission. Withdrawal unloads an active game but cannot erase cookies already set on another domain; remove those through your browser. Blocking optional services does not prevent browsing the catalog. Browser settings also let you inspect, delete or block cookies and local storage.
For users in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising that requires consent must use a Google-certified CMP integrated with IAB TCF to manage consent. Its first layer must explicitly describe advertising personalization, offer Accept and Reject choices, identify vendors and purposes, and support later changes. The Site's external-game preference dialog is not a certified CMP and does not authorize Google ad requests. The supplied Google advertising tags are integrated directly. The external-game preference dialog does not block or authorize those tags, and no certified advertising CMP has been integrated in this version. Google Analytics is not installed.
6. Legal bases, sharing and international processing
Where these concepts apply, necessary delivery and security use our legitimate interest in operating a safe website, support uses steps requested by you or our legitimate interest in resolving inquiries, and optional storage, advertising personalization and analytics require consent where required by law. We may process information to comply with legal obligations. We do not use an account or sell a customer database. Ad-related sharing and targeted advertising are subject to applicable disclosures, consent requirements and opt-out rights. Providers may process data outside your country; applicable contractual safeguards and rights depend on the provider and service.
7. Your rights and how to use them
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing (including direct marketing), withdraw consent, and opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising where applicable. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”, the Site domain, your request and enough information to locate relevant records. We may request proportionate verification, but do not send identity documents unless requested through a suitable channel. We normally respond within one month, or the deadline required by applicable law; we will explain any lawful extension. You may complain to your local data protection authority. Mandatory rights are not waived by these terms.
8. Children, security and updates
The Site is intended for people aged 16 or older, or the higher minimum age required locally. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Contact us if a child has provided information so we can investigate and delete it where applicable. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Material changes will be announced on this page and, when necessary, through a prominent notice and renewed consent before new optional processing begins.
