These Terms of Service govern access to Orguyapimi and its game catalog. Contact [email protected] with questions. By using the Site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 16 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must approve your use where required. The Site is not directed at children under 16. Do not use the Site if you do not meet these conditions.

2. Personal use and intellectual property

We permit personal, noncommercial use of the Site. Orguyapimi's original editorial content, site design, code and brand assets are owned by the Site operator or used with permission. Games, game artwork, trademarks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders; listing a game does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or commercially exploit protected material without the relevant owner's permission, except where applicable law allows it. Rights holders can report concerns by email with the work, affected URL and evidence of their authority.

3. Acceptable behavior

Do not abuse or disrupt the Site; bypass access controls; introduce malicious code; commit fraud; manipulate advertising impressions or clicks; scrape, crawl or bulk-download content without permission (except lawful indexing subject to applicable restrictions); impersonate others; infringe rights; or submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise harmful content. Do not send sensitive personal data unnecessarily. We may restrict access in response to misuse.

4. External games and links

Games are delivered by independent third-party hosts. You choose whether to load an external game after seeing the provider notice. Those services may have their own terms, cookies and privacy practices. We do not operate their servers or guarantee their availability, accuracy, safety or performance. Report unavailable or unsuitable content using our contact address. You remain responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms.

5. Google advertising relationship

The Site integrates Google Publisher Tag for advertising through Google Ad Manager / AdX. Google AdSense is not separately installed. Ads are supplied and controlled by Google, advertisers and approved advertising partners, each acting as an independent third party for its own processing as described in the Privacy Policy and consent message. Orguyapimi is not Google, is not endorsed by Google, and does not control each advertisement or Google's independent data processing. An ad is not our recommendation or guarantee of a product. Do not click advertisements to support the Site or encourage others to do so.

6. Availability, warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and linked content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, lost profits or data, or losses resulting from third-party games, advertisements, websites or transactions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where protected by law.

7. Applicable law and disputes

Applicable law, including mandatory consumer and privacy protections in your place of residence, governs these terms to the extent required. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law, including your local courts where mandatory consumer rules provide that right. No exclusive foreign forum or mandatory arbitration is imposed by these terms.

8. Changes and notices

We may update these terms as the Site changes. The effective date and updated text will appear here. Material changes will also be highlighted on the Site before taking effect where required. Continued use after a change takes effect is subject to the updated terms, without limiting any consent or notice rights under applicable law. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as permitted by law.
